Memento Moriarty has Skull and Bones

Bug: Cant continue with Yanita/Blackwood

I have 3 quests that say to "Continue with Yanita/Blackwood when ready", but when I speak to them they don't have any option to continue. The 3 missions are:
Deafening Verses
Phantom Requiem
Cursed Remedy

I'm also sorry to hear that you are unable to continue with Yanita/Blackwood.
