Starting a new game

How do i start a new game? Got this game awhile ago and dont remember anything from it. Wanna start over but dont know how? do i have to go to my ubisoft account or something?

you can't make new character or start story from scratch ,only thing u can is chenge ur appearence but progress and ur character overall cannot be erased and restarted .

all i can recommend is making new ubi account and start a free trial until you able to grasp whats with the game then back to your normal account to return with your old progress

Yeah this honestly killed it for me. I played this for a few days through Ubisoft+ or whatever on xbox when it first came out. Was semi interested to give it a try again to see if it was any better a year later but after just buying it on Steam a little bit ago, when I launched and saw Continue as only option and then google confirmed that you can't start over, I exited and requested a refund. I was real hesitant anyway because of the reviews and my initial experience but that's such a basic thing that should be in all games that I just immediately lost interest.

The whole "can't restart the game" fiasco (or the ability to have more than one character slot) is literally one of stupidest game design choices that I've seen in my decades of playing PC games. I started playing S&B, fell off due to other games/life commitments and would like to restart and play the game through now. BUT... Can't do that!!! Brilliant decision, Ubisoft! P.S. I bought the Premium edition at full price when it first came out.
