How do I customize my ship for PVE combat?

I don't know how these ships work for this type of a game. I am trying to farm for me specific materials too. Trying to build a ship for combat dps .. I am level 3.

I'd suggest you to build a "Hulk" as soon as possible. If you stick to the ship you can upgrade her and she's decent in battle, with the right guns.

How do I get the blueprints I checked the shipwright guy and says I am missing it. I love this game.

Think you have to buy the blueprint.

Though at the time you have to worry about getting a better ship, you usually have access to get padewakang if you go all the way to telok penjarah

blueprints can also buyed from other guys

Hover you mouse over the ship you want at shipwright ; if you're eligible to build it ( it's level related ) info of where to buy blueprint will appear.
