Premium Figurehead Cosmetic not showing

Anyone know what i might be doing wrong? I got Premium and I also got the righteous Reaper figurehead but it doesn't show up on my Figurehead cosmetics, Am i missing something on this? I tried looking on Google but it just kept showing me what figureheads were available and not real help.

When I bought the premium pass, it took about ten minutes - and restarting the game - for the rewards to actually become available. Perhaps the server is having delays? I've been soft-crashing and getting kicked a lot tonight, so perhaps it's on their end?

Is possible. In other ubisoft games i need restart for have it done the premium balance.

If this issue persist for long, contact official discord and make a support ticket

it will take them faster this way to get touch to you than mails.

Hi Samuraikid11! I'm sorry for the late response and to hear that your Righteous Reaper figure head isn't showing. As Rainyday mentioned, sometimes the rewards take a bit of time to appear. Could you please confirm if you’re still facing this issue?
