I need help with the Padawakang loadout

I am not good with loadouts and I do not know what to use for the Bombadiere ship, Should I be using Culverine cannons with Fire Bombards for top deck? I have quite a bit unlocked but I am not so sure.

To get the max out of the Pada's performance, go all fire bombard III with the Padawakang, when you get your hands on them. And warhammer or crouching tiger mortar in the middle.

I can't access the black market yet, i don't think I can buy the warhammer.
