Connecting error

When I get to the "press any key" the connecting only goes to 66%. The I get "Failed to perform operation" - Kingfisher-00000001.
Any clue on why this is happening?

I logged out of Ubisoft, then logged back in, when I started the game, asked for my password. Everything is working.

it is ,its battleeye problem ppl says if u replace this dll it helps ,it happened before also in rainbow six ,but i wont dig in files .
