Fix For The "0xc0000022" Error

I kept getting this error, but I was finally able to run the game after "Good Old Games" tech support helped me! Here is what they said:

Hello

Please open the Control Panel (you can do it by using WinKey+X key combination) go to Programs > Programs and Features, click the Turn Windows features on or off link, find the Legacy components on the list, enable DirectPlay and click OK to install it.

If the issue persits, please download the archive from here:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/106372714/DLL.zip
double-click to open it, select all the files in the archive, right-click them and choose to Copy.
Go to the game's directory (default: C:\GOG Games\RollerCoaster Tycoon Deluxe\), right-click there and select to Paste. Do the same for the second game.

the dropbox link gives 404 error and on windows 10 there is no "DirectPlay" in windows features

Sorry, I had the file on an old computer. I have no idea where it is now, so I can't re-upload it :(.

I did it (a bit proud...):
first: doubbleclick OptionalFeatures.exe (Windows/System32)
second: tick the box DirectPlay (Legacy Components)
third: install again from steam/steamapps/common/RollercoasterTycoon2/install/setup.exe
