can i play the game without a disc?

when i try to boot up the game it says put RCT 2 disc into this driver but doesnt show a driver cause my laptop has no driver and i dont have a disc please help

Try downloading OpenRCT2. It's free, has QOL improvements and runs better on modern machines. After download just need to link it to your Steam RCT folder I believe and run OpenRCT2 program instead of the steam RCT2 program.
