Depends on the scenario you are doing. Some scenarios only allow profit from park entry and shops/stalls. Honestly, it's more realistic that way anyway. Real amusement parks don't charge for rides, only carnivals do. Just raise your entry price as you add more and require more income, it won't keep peeps from coming. Also utilize marketing campaigns. They may seem expensive, but they always pay off nearly double in return (even more if you are many years in).
