Framerate issues
Any one else experiencing framerate issues?

In windowed mode widescreen, I do get audio issues such as crackling, but frame-wise, nope.

I'm getting major framerate issues and screen tearing.. I have more than enough power to run this.
Intel i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.4 GHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 770M
32GB RAM
64-bit Windows 8.1

I get about 5 fps..
However, the first RCT runs perfect. Kinda disappointed..
