Not played in a while, How do you start a empty sandbox park?

As said in the title I have not played this in so long however decided to buy it on steam finally, just wondering how you start up a empty sandbox park just for a bit of fun.

Well, there's no official sandbox mode, but what you can do is create a park in the scenario editor, select the option to have no money, and choose an objective that won't cause your park to shut down if you drop below a certain park rating.
