How Does One Edit A Saved Scenario In the Editor?

how the hell do you load a scenario in the editor to make changes?
I tried to make a huge no-money sandbox scenario (goal 5000 guests) but I screwed up where I put the special In and Out icons. I suppose I'm just screwed, aren't I?
I'm about to try starting a brand new game with that one, saving it, then trying to convert /that/ save game into a new scenario.

But there's GOT to be a way to edit at the very least the basic parameters of the scenario, yes?
For the life of me, I can't find it.

This is very easy.
First copy the scenario you wish to edit into your ladnscape directory.
Now start the scenario editor and go to the disk icon in the uper left corner.
Then load the landscape (the scenario you copird in there).
When you are finished with your edit and ready to save your scenario, make sure you choose a new name or you will end up with two scenarios with the same name.
