Cannot change game language

With the new update, there is supposed to be a language change option, available through:
Steam Library>ROTC2>Properties>Languages tab. Languages tab doesn't show up, does anybody else have the same issue?

I have the same Problem. My Friends, too. (Germany) No Language Tab, only the 4 Tabs that were there before. Still the same problem with Rollercoaster Tycoon 1, that has been updated with additional languages ~1month ago. Devs please do something! The Steam Client seems not to recognize, that there are multiple languages! My english is good enough to understand everything, but the Childhood-Is-Alive-Feeling only works with the german version for me ;-)

I've changed the language in the Steam settings for this game to another languague (from german to frech). After that an update was required. Then I've changed it back to german and another update came. When I started the game it was in german, so it worked for me.
Hope this helps even it's a little bit late :)

i was hoping i would be in dutch, like the original version. Kinda sucks it isn't -1 steam
