I would highly suggest you upgrade your operating system. Windows 7 is no longer supported and you are vulnerable to hackers.

Wether it works with Steam or not, I do not know, probably it will work.

Hackers are real and they sit on zero day exploits for EOL of products like windows, easy money...

If you think hackers arn't real boot up a computer with windows XP SP2 and monitor your network traffic.

Worked for me back in the day on Windows Vista, so yeah probably. I also used to play the first game on Win8.1--had to set it in compatibility mode, but it ran perfectly fine.
