OpenRCT2 Launcher not working, need help!

I was trying to install some new parks! but when I try opening the game from OpenRCT2 Launcher, nothing happens! The game just doesn't download like normal!

Me too, I can't start game, so I'm trying but I don't know how to solve this problem.

I had this too and I think it is normal behaviour of the launcher. Sometimes it downoads the newest version, sometimes it works only a few days after.
You can still open the game manually (without launcher):
1. Open your file browser and go to documents and the following folder: User\...\Documents\OpenRCT2\bin
2. Drag openrct2.exe onto your desktop creating a link (not moving)
3. Double-click the link anytime the launcher won't open the game

Help, I am trying to start the game but have not played in a while. I have just got my steam account reset but can't seem to find out how to get the game going.

it happens because the launcher can't update the game.

Either because the download is "blocked" due to a new version building or when there is some corruption. You can either use the openRCT exe directly, update to the stable version or wait an hour or so and try again.

Im also having the same issue and can't get the game to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I cant get the first one or second one to start

This request is easy to fix... go to the installed game path like "G:\Spiele\steam\steamapps\common\Rollercoaster Tycoon 2\", open the folder "install" and execute the setup.exe. Then install the game to the original path "G:\Spiele\steam\steamapps\common\Rollercoaster Tycoon 2\" and you can play. I just tested it right now.
