If they run out of cash and can't replenish it then you're not going to make any more money off of them. Add some ATM's to keep the cash flowing.

Some people say it can slow the flow of new guests in pay-per-entry parks, they may work best in pay-per-ride parks, in pay-per-entry parks a lack of them may get guests leaving faster which could be good or bad depending on the objectives, so experiment.
