Game won't open on WIndows 10. HELP!

How do I fix this? The game wont open. My computer/windows 10 is brand new. I just got this a month ago and just recently downloaded the steam app and bought the game.

Well, to run RCT2 on Windows 10, your best bet is either OpenRCT2.com or RCT Classic.

exit steam completely and reopen steam as administor, or use a shortcut for RCT2 on your desktop and run it through as administrator. if that doesn't work, right click the shortcut, go to compatibility tab, and select a different windows option and save your preference for a version that might work.

Mine will not allow me to save anything and does randomly crash, I am also on WIN 10 but it will allow me to play the game.

PEOPLE HEAR ME, IVE FOUND THE SOLUTION
you need an old monitor because RCT2 graphics are so low that the high grapic monitor cant inmange how to work it
its an old game so you should try it out
