Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 doesn´t work Win 10

Hey guys,

Just bought RT2 on Steam.
but it doesn´t want to start.
Error: 0xc0000022.
need d3drm.dll file to run it, but i cannot find it to download.
I tried to change the Compatibility but doesn´t work as well.
can somebody help please ?

Please open the Control Panel (you can do it by using WinKey+X key combination) go to Programs > Programs and Features, click the Turn Windows features on or off link, find the Legacy components on the list, enable DirectPlay and click OK to install it. (need restart)
also install Dx9 runtime

Go to this link and download the complete DirectX 9 and 10 library. These are official from Microsoft and will not cause conflicts with the newest version of DirectX for Windows 10.

Did you get the file from the link? If you did, its a false positive by your browser/antivirus.
