RCT not starting (asking for CD) "missing or inaccessible data file"

If anyone comes accross the same problem, I'm looking for some help...

I purchased this game on steam for 6.49$ (I played it before I figured It'd be worth it)
after having downloaded it, when I launch it, it ask to put in the CD..

I thought it was probably a missing file in the local data (so I verified local data cache)
and it's all fine..
Now I'm just thinking if they actualy updated this game or at least try to patch it so that It won't try to look for a CD image to access the .exe file to launch it correctly..

Or that it might be a "windows 10" issue, but I didn't find any problem related to launching issues yet with the latest windows except for resolution and graphic problems..

-system all up to date,
-drivers all up to date,
-nvidia 750ti, AMD fx bulldozer, 16gb Rams 1600mhz Raptor..

If anyone has an Idea, don't hesitate to help, It'll be greatly appreciated!

Backup savegames first if you have any.
The first thing that comes into mind is a registery issue (if you don't want to mess with registery (it can destroy your OS), verify game cache and try gain, or reinstall the game). Open regedit on your computer and search for 'fish technology group', there find rollercoaster tycoon. If it doesn't exist remove and install RCT again. The path registery entry should contain the rollercoaster tycoon deluxe folder (inside the steam folder) and the setuppath is where it looks for the CD. That should be the rctdeluxe_install folder inside the other folder. Manually set it to the correct folder if it doesn't already do so and check if that folder actually contains the cd files. Also try to verify the game cache.
