WHY

Pressing either button gives me

Missing or inaccessible data file
[OK]

I've tried compatibility mode. I'm on Windows 10 with a stock ThinkPad T410.

I found out how to do it! Guys:
1. Navigate to where the RCT files are kept.
2. In that folder, go to RCTdeluxe_install
3. Install RCT from there into a new folder somewhere instead of Program Files.
4. Copy all files from that folder into the RCT files and Replace All.
5. Delete that folder.
6. Have fun!

Thank You! You saved me from so much frustration! Who knew that you could just install a DRM-free version of the game anywhere from the steam files???
