Game won't let me rename peeps or rides?

It opens the window and I type it in and hit okay, it goes back and it's still named like "guest 4" or "rollercoaster 1" what am I doing wrong??

Hi Lucy, the game won't take some special characters. So depending on what you are typing in, if it is invalid, the game will revert back to the previous name. It you stick to letters and numbers only you shouldn't have a problem unless the name just happens to be too long.

I attempted to name a ride DESTROYER and it still wouldn't let me. I returned these games though because they just wouldn't work correctly on my computer

Sorry to hear! For what it is worth, I was able to name a ride that name.

I am having the same issue. I can not renmae the park, guests, crew or rides. After putting in the desired name and clicking OK, its like no changes were made and the old name remains, like Haunted Mansion 1.

I have tried restarting the game many times but still no luck,

If the game is paused while you enter names anything you set will not persist.
