The Dinky Park Secret That Few Know About
This is one of the "hardest" missions to complete in the game because most players try to build their park value within an extremely small area.

The secret to Dinky Park isn't trying to squeeze everything into the small park at the beginning. Use the "P" keystroke, or Park option to buy the construction rights to build a path over the street, and then buy all of the land on the other side. Easiest way to do this to max out the starting small section within reason to generate income. Then spend the revenues on getting to the other side and expand.

Buying land is a commonly unused feature in the game, but an awesome one nonetheless and in some scenarios can dramatically change the difficulty and feel of a mission.

I figured it out when I was 6 when it first came out. I think most people know about it...

Well hopefully helpful for those that aren't tycoon masters. Lucky you though, computers didn't exist when I was 6. :Vegeta:

I quickly learnt to see what land was available to buy when I was a kid too, but prior to that I could barely even finish Forest frontiers lol

I did dinky park about two years ago and had forgotten all about land buying and could not figure out how to win before I realized the error haha

but what do you do when no more land can be bought and you have no more room.

did that with Dynamite Dunes. so packed with rides and footpaths i had literally 0 building room, couldnt even build underground anymore!

By then I either start fresh by closing the park and deleting everything, or move on to another park.

I usually play a good 10 hours into a park and then let it idle til Ihave about 500K, then you clode the park, delete everything, but every piece of land, clear it and save it as a fresh save so I can start a park with max land and a lot of money and everything researched. It creates really good parks too.

That is a creative idea EdgyAllenPoe! I play solely for the scenarios, so usually by the time you have a park maxed, it is time to move on to the next one.

Minus all the typos lol

Yeah, if you do it you have essentially infinite money, everything researched and a good reputation so you can make good parks. I usually spend a few hours making it and then proceed to open it. You can detail it so much :)

Do you have a screenshot to show what you have created?

RCT1 Does not support screenshots, but if you put it in windowed mode you can just take a manual one lol

I get that. So can you put it into windowed mode on your park and show me how you accomplished what you are saying? I'm very interested!

I am not the OP.

You can do it yourself: takes an hour or so playing normally, then let it run a few hurs for loads of money then just shut the park, sell everything, make it all blank and save and you have a ton of money and fresh full park with all stuff researched,
