I only charge more by 5 each time the game tells me people compliment on the price of the entrance fee, if it never says it, then I don't increase it anymore, which I believe at most was probably 45.

Mhmm, indeed ^ ^
I've never really gone much above $35, only because I charge minimal rates for my rides as well.

What do u guys have for your rides? I put 2 for big rollercoastes & log rides. And i put 50 cents or 1 for normal sized things like (the name of that carosel where u ride a horse that spins in a circle) :P
I usually have a blanket rate of 30-50 cents for rides besides rollercoasters, those get a dollar+on-ride photos.

I charge to start with, 1.50 for Gentle Rides, and 2.00 for thrill rides, bar Go Karts, which is higher, and when guests complain for the price of a ride, I lower it by .20 each time until they use the ride again,
Rollercoasters vary, but I would normally charge around 4.00 for most.

I don't charge for the rides and charge like 70 for the entrance fee

So there is a trick to this. If you do not charge an entrance rate, each ride (regardless of the type), can priced at the nearest tenth of the excitement rating rounded DOWN.

So for example, if you have a gentle ride that is 2.87 excitement, then you can charge $2.80 without the guests even blinking. Another example, if you build an awesome roller coaster with an excitement of 9.99, you can charge $9.90 per ride!:dotecrystal:

does that mean when you increase your entance fee the guests are more inclined to not pay higher prices for rides?

birrebarre Feb 27, 2017 @ 9:06pm
Then how will you earn any money x-D

I always set fee to 50 and everything in the park is for free. Welcome to Shortyland

Back then I charge the entry fee from 0 to like around 50 eventually I've decided to not charge any entry fee at all and rely more on ride ticket for money. That way guest have more money to spend on rides, food, drinks, and possibly bathroom. Then again if you ever played any loopy landscape scenarios, the entry fee will always be free so you can't rely on entry fee for money.
