[SOLVED] Story Characters Locked out

I've finished story mode but three characters are still locked out. They are characters you are supposed to unlock during story mode but I never got them. It's BIlbo (Hobbiton), Bilbo and Gandalf. They should have been unlocked after the 'An Unexpected Party' level.

Can anyone help? Here's a screenshot of the character list.

EDIT: I played the level in Free Play and I unlocked the characters when I finished it. Does anyone know if this is a glitch?

The same thing happened to me, and I was worried because I had not yet played the level in free play. I thought it would be ocked forever! Thanks :)
