Do you think this achievement will get fixed when the part 3 dlc is released? Then we will have all the quests at least so maybe

Probably not, because not everybody has got this problem. This achievement popped up when I'd completed all the quests.

Just because everybody doesn't have the problem doesn't mean it shouldn't be fixed

With problems like yours is very simple. If it can be replicated they'll fix it, otherwise they won't.

I'm not the only one with this bug so you can abandon that reason

Let me put another way. If TT can't replicate this problem they can't fix it. There is no magic wand they can use to make this problem go away. It is obvious you've completed a quest obtained the brick, but the quest didn't register in the game as completed. I'm sure all the "?" are also gone. I do remember somebody mentioning that he didn't complete the "Hide and Seek" quest in Lake Town, but still obtained the brick before completing it (obviously a glitch). He revisited some of the locations and noticed that that quest was still not completed (the NPC was still standing there waiting, although there was no "?" on the map) and once he completed it the achievement popped up. So, you might go and revisit the locations with quest and check if there is any NPC still waiting for the quest to be completed (you will notice a white circle in front of it). I'm not saying this is a solution, but it is worth trying it.
