(Solved)cant build at workbench
I have a bug cant build at workbenches 1 of the eight brick is impossible to use. tried both keyboard and Gpad

I was playing at a friends and we came across this, are you playing two player? The second player is likely blocking the spot on the wheel with their cursor.

No it was the same spot every time on the wheel but different for spot each player. tried several time with g-pad or keyboard and yes it was 2 player. did you find any solution?

also restarted game several times used motionjoy to emulate Xbox with ps3 controller but dont think it had anything to do with that

The wheel is a two player interface, you are blocking the other play or they are blocking you.

Don't worry, we thought it was bugged and restarted the game also. They should have made it more obvious.
