Who can break silver blocks and who has a tinder box?

I beat the game and I'm doing some clean up, but I still need characters that can smash silver blocks and one with a tinder box of fire powers.

It's usually some orc, but I've bought a few and none of them seem to have this power yet and I have no idea who can set fires.

I'm going to try to do this on my own while I'm waiting for an answer, but I'm hoping someone can help me.

Ooops, I had a fire maker all along? Sauron can break silver bricks? It says he can break Mordor blocks in his description.

Wait, no.... Sauron CAN'tT break silver blocks after all and I'm running out of people with that power.

EDIT: Never mind, the firework arrows I got earlier blow up silver items, I think I have all I need now!
