Characters won't unlock

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I'm having. I completed the story and was looking forward to all the open-world side challenges. However, I'm not able to switch to any of the characters I'm meant to have unlocked: all the dwarves, Bilbo and Gandalf are all locked for me, as are later people like Radagast etc.

I've tried redoing levels on story and freeplay mode, but they still don't seem to unlock. Am I being incredibly stupid and missing something obvious, or have I got a game-breaking glitch

(Alternatively, is there a way to unlock people with all the assorted abilities you'd need to get the mithril bricks and so on? I'm struggling to think of a radagast replacement)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Sorry, but I don't understand your problem. Are you saying that after finishing all 16 levels from both movies, none of the characters are unlocked? When you finished all those levels in a story mode you were suppose to be standing in front of the gate of Erebor as Bilbo next to Gandalf. Isn't that so? A screenshot would help as well.

Yes, that's what had happened. The weird thing is that it would stick me outside the loot buying thing as gandalf and bilbo, but they themselves still appeared as 'locked' on the character select screen.

However, the situation now seems to have resolved itself (it must have been just a persistent glitch) as when I went back on now to take a screen-capture all the characters I should have unlocked were unlocked! It's all been very weird...

The same thing happened to me with Radagast. He wouldn't unlock until I replayed his level on freeplay... But he's fixed now.
