Not going into full screen

As i have tried using all button keys and properties, i still can not got this game to load in full screen and have spent the first 3 levels in a small screen at top left, can any one please tell me or help me to fix this issue id really appreciate the help. Id love to play this game with a wider view when i play with my nephew.!!!!

one solution find sometimes is to use alt tab sometimes in conjunction with clicking taskbar icoon. Geting the focus on something else then clicking the window sometimes resets the computer to see what it should be doing. Also somtimes helps to have all windows down before starting an app. But alt tab seems to work pretty well for me
