No, none of the Lego games are online except for Lego World.

Plus I don't really see a point of having a MP in Lego games. Maybe that's just me.

Actually, it's quite fun - I've played it with my son back a few years ago. Granted, it's better if you have a really big screen (especially using TV instead of a monitor, and I don't like split screen at all) and two controllers (with just a keyboard it's a huge PItA). And I guess being able to play it online with friends would be fun too if you are both into LEGO games.
Yes, it doesn't have a huge potential for online, but still... And especially considering there's an achievement for playing it in coop.
