Missing Red Brick

Hi there,

I'm missing a red brick (#19) - Snake Flails from Mirkwood (Thranduil's Kingdom).

The Quest there isn't showing up, was there despite that at day and night, but no npc.
No other quest anywhere on the map.

I completed the rest of the game.
98 Chars unlocked, 250 Mithril Bricks, but only 31/32 Red Bricks. All Items percfectly crafted, all treasure items.

Anyone knows a solution how I can fix that. Want my last 2 achievments :)

How'd you finish all the others within 38 hours? :O

Needed about 10-12 hours for main story, rest is grinding quests.
First Priority was getting the right characters to get all Treasure Items in the missions.
Second was to get the multiplier red bricks.
Rest was to get to all locations

i was having the same issue with this red brick, the only solution that i found was start a new game and after beating the hole game again i completed the side quest from a npc located in lake town who asks you for a mithril armor, after completing this mission you will be rewarded with a red brick called "attract studs" and the side quest mission who give you the "Snake Flail" red brick should appear in your map.
