I'm sorry to hear you're having issues. I'll be honest - I'm not sure why your game would act like this, but I do have a few options to help you potentially resolve the issue.
1. Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date with the latest version.
If you have a Nvidia graphics card, you can download the latest drivers here: http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk
If you have an AMD/ATI graphics card, you can download the latest drivers here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
2. Make sure your game resolution is set correctly. I'm taking a guess with this one, but it is possible your game resolution is extremely low, which could make the game map render at a seemingly lower quality than it actually is. This could be emphasised while trying to play the game on larger screens.
3. If neither of these fixes work, please send a description of the error to support@battleplan.com, as the development team will then be able to look into it more closely. If possible, please provide a screenshot of the problem, as this may help the team identify the issue more easily.
Let me know if either of the first two options help you.
Thanks for getting in touch.
