Did anything else change during this time period? Between them selling stateside and them selling in London? What year are you in? Could UK be at war? What about shipping distances on the individual models? When you started selling the model state side, did you hit "Apply to All"?
I'll see if I can duplicate the issue.
If you set shipping at the branch level, but did not check the "All Vehicles Inherit Branch Shipping Distance" check box, then any new vehicle added for sale at that branch will have the default shipping distance. Which wouldn't be far enough to reach Cincinnati.
The branch level shipping works as a sort of "apply to all vehicles at branch" for shipping distances. It only effects the vehicles being sold there at the time you hit "Apply". If the "Inherit" check box is checked, then it would work as an apply to anything sold here, even after I click "Apply".
You can change the shipping distance for individual vehicles, that's the "Shipping Distance" button in the Branch Distribution window (where you set the prices). :)
In v1.22.3 or v1.22.4, we'll also be allowing the Auto Production system to produce vehicles in factories specific to a marques. (Factories also have a marque ownership drop down as well.) Although that won't effect the branches any. :)
