If you email me the save game i'll be happy to take a look for you:
http://wiki.gearcity.info/doku.php?id=troubleshooting:steam_installfolder#sending_a_save_game
If you email me your save game, I can tell you why you went out of business. Most likely it is an expiring bond. If you did not take out any bonds, did you buy a company? Most likely their bonds are expiring. I will be able to tell you after you email the save file.
I will clear out the flags for you and email you the save file. Next time, when you get low cash warnings, please do the loans then, instead of waiting until you bankrupt and then reloading the save game. :)
