How do get "It's a secret to everyone"?

I forget the exact name of the achievement but it's the one where you get Lank to fish up 5 rupees. No matter what I try he never fishes up a rupee. My harebrained self decided that the obvious answer was to use Kozmyr's crystal rain, but it doesn't work off track. Help

You cant keep clicking him, you need to leave Link alone until you see him struggling, THEN click him.

I finally got one, he does indeed pull on his line before it. Apparently it gives you 25 gems too.
