is this a mobile game or something?
why is this game so more pixelated/lowquality than the other ones.

I think they had to develop it for PC but I got a weird feeling they lost some part of the experience development team.
Quality drop is noticeable, I find the music/sounds just making the game unplayable.

It's not. There's an issue if you have your windows set to upscaled resolution. Disable that and the game should look good.
