Chance to add achievements on trilogy?

Killed the bosses and have the Ice & air swords as well as the rock magic bow - now I can't figure out where to go to move on. There's an exit that seems to lead to some Forest of Madness but my character says he won't go in there. I can't remember whether I had killed the air weakness boss before triggering that dialogue. Now that he's dead I still see the exit marker on the ground but I can't attempt to leave the area through that marker anymore. Is the game bugged or am I just missing another exit s...

When loot is dropped, can you put an outline that we can see if loot is hidden behind trees, buildings, etc?
