Unable to launch game

[Ace Cheetah]

Long story short, I decided to start this game after having it in my library for over a decade; but now I can't launch it. I tried every known trick for this problem: Verify integrity of files, clear download cache, uninstall and reinstall it. Nothing seems to work.
