Tremor

Tremor

Created a beat, now how do I record?
Ok, so I got around to making a beat that I like. The problem is I dont understand how to get it from the program and put it into an audio file. I'm using Windows not Mac. Right now its driving me nuts. I've tried screen cap programs that record audio, programs meant to record audio, and even tried using a connecter to connect my computers head phone jack to its mic jack.

So far all of that has either failed or come out with piano music. Is there a simple answer to how to transfer it all into an audio file since the manuals either arent explaining it or I've got not clue what the manuals are talking about?

If your soundcard allows it (most do, I think) you can use audacity to record the output of your computer. Most people who use Tremor use it in a DAW (digital audio workstation) and use the DAW's facilities for rendering to an audio file. You could get the demo of FL Studio: this is a full featured never timing out demo that just lacks the ability to load back in any project you have saved. For you it wouldn't matter though because you can save the pattern in tremor itself and FL Studio demo will quite happily let you render to audio file.

Be advised though: FL Studio can be intimidating if you have no experience with DAWs so it wouldn't be a 2 minute job for you to record your beat.

If you need any further help feel free to ask.

I hate to say it but Audacity doesnt really seem to be working. At best it just deosnt record anything and at worst it seem to give me an error messagea bout needing to check the audio recording device. Which I'm not sure if thats better or not then my other programs just recording piano key sounds
