How to unlock achievements

Hi, is there some special prerequisite to be able to unlock achievements in this game? I am pretty sure I did the required things for some of them (Find easter egg, unlock all chests, use hint etc.), yet the achievements are still locked. Anything I am missing?

Thank you for the response, however my problem is slightly different - I fulfilled requirements for certain achievements, but the achievements themselves do not unlock (for example, I found all 109 cats, used a hint, found all the extra characters too etc., but all the achievements are still locked for me)

It's not a big problem, I was just wondering whether there is some extra thing that has to be done to allow achievement tracking / unlocking.

Hi bebe14242, I just tried resetting all my achievements and went through them again, they all showed up without any issues.

Are you having any problems with your internet connection or firewall?

Haven't noticed any internet problems, everything else works fine.
Maybe it is worth mentioning that I have the Linux version of the game (Ubuntu 22.04), maybe the problem could be with that?

I just tried it out on Linux and confirmed that the achievements aren't working. Sorry about that mistake. I'll figure out what's going on and try to fix it as soon as possible.

I just tried again (without changing anything in the game), and it turns out the achievements are working now.

Unfortunatelly no, even after re-completing the game the achievements still didn't unlock. To complete the game again I tried both the reset when choosing the level and then reset in settings that resets the whole game to initial state.
The games were both completed in 1 sitting, at the end I chose the "OK" option, then went back to main menu and quit the game.

In case different parts of code handle different achievements, here are the things I did with the achievements they should unlock if I understand them correctly:
- found all 109 cats (Pat 100 cats)
- used 1 hint to find a cat (HELLPPP!!!)
- the hint was used to find a cat after finding 100 cats manually (10 Cats, 30 Cats, 60 Cats, 90 Cats)
- found Mentari, Ducky, Wagyu and Flopsy (Easter Egg #1 - #4, All Easter Egg)
- opened all 5 boxes (5 Keys, 5 Boxes)
- used the carrot cursor (Carrot!)

Things I didn't try:
- being idle for 1 or more minutes (Are you there?)
- taking a photo (Say "Cheese"!!)
- completing a speedrun (Speed Runner)

yeah, you did everything right, so it should have triggered each achievement code.
I'll try to figure out what's causing this bug again.

Just to confirm that no triggers are reaching the Steam server at all.
