- New Game +
- An optional post-game area called the Void Realm with difficult boss fights that you will probably need to do on NG+
- Another even more difficult optional place called Ultimate Illusion, that requires you complete Void Realm and probably needs to be done on NG++
Also this is not a "one day and done game" as you put it. Playtime differs from person to person, but if you look up playtime plenty of people got 60-80+ hours on one run of the main story while doing some side content.
Do you start from stratch in Game+ and if you don't know what end game is.... "extended gameplay for which players return after completing the core game objectives" took me 5 seconds to google this...guess it was too much work on your end, not sure what the passive aggressive from you warranted but whatever thanks I guess for the info.

The characters stats and level transfer to New Game+, there is an extensive skill tree, if you finished it (which is only possible in New Game) you get a new second one exclusive to new game+, also there a few additional dungeons to discover in new game+, but the game won't tell you and they're pretty good hidden.
Btw:
My post was ironic because the term endgame comes from an MMO terminology where everything before it is often times deemed as rejectable and something you wanna rush through, especially as the content is supposed to be easy, you can't transfer that fully to single-player games. Fantasian will keep you on your toes for the whole playtime and it's not something that requires you to grind.
Wasn't being passive aggressive but you sure are.
Endgame is usually what you look for in live-service games and MMOs.
I haven’t finished the game myself but have read guides and haven’t seen any indicators of that being the case here
That isn't true at all, you no nothing about RPG video games with that comment, not wasting my time on a troll anymore good luck in life learn to use google btw.
