Question about grinding.
Definitely getting this game looks amazing IMO. Just a question for those who have played it on apple. Can you grind in this game and be OP for upcoming bosses? Or is it fairly difficult to do that due to soft caps, limited enemies, etc. ?

Also, is there any end game/ post game content like FFX, FF7 rebirth, FFIX? Things like superbosses, ultimate weapons, mini games?

Thanks in advance.

There are super bosses and I think a optional end game dungeon

you can sort of grind the game however, in order to best be able to beat certain bosses or content you're gonna need certain skills/elements unlocked at a higher level. this usually means raising characters by doing their personal dungeons/segments to unlock more of their skills if i remember correctly. it also means that you generally cant bruteforce your way thro any boss with the same 3-4 characters, you need to swap characters to use the optimal ones for certain bosses. the game itself does have optimal grinding tho. it has this "magical bag" that stores normal encounters for a certain number of ticks, when it's full or when you activate it, you will enter into a fight with all stored mobs where you might have x number on screen and when you kill some more show up until you have cleared the whole lot. this makes grinding easier, plus it allows you to walk tho the map longer without being hit by random encounters every few sec

It's got a feature in this called "Dimengeon" Battles or something, where random battles get sent to a sort of "shadow realm" while you're running around in the field, and you can deal with them all in a row so they don't keep interrupting your exploration.

How is the game otherwise?

if you're into games like ff9 you should be right at home. it's not a perfect game by any means but it was fun to play. it's story-driven, and the added voice acting augments it well. it does have silly jokes here and there because just like ff9 they like to add some humour to the game. Some cutscenes are rendered ingame with the ingame models, but they also chose to do part of the narrative with a still image and text (now voiced). you will find yourself navigating each new area while trying to loot items, identify enemies to know what you can steal from them etc.
