Accidently restart level

I'm on level 5 and I was pretty far into the level. I got to a point in which if I fall off, it takes a long time for me to hit the bottom and go back to the checkpoint. So I started hitting "Restart Checkpoint" just to speed things up. I accidently hit "Restart Level" and now I'm all the way back to the beginning of level 5. Is there a way to get back to where I was? If not, I think I'm going to just quit because I'm not going to redo about an hour of gameplay.

I'm very sorry to hear that because unfortunately there is no mean to get back to that checkpoint since you restarted the whole level and erased your current progression.

I'm wondering: why did you choose to bring the Pause Menu + use your mouse to click on the 'Restart Level' button instead of pressing the shortcu on your keyboard? (I think it's 'R' by default...).

Anyway, that's really too bad and I hope you will still try to complete this level as you are really close to the end now!

There should be a prompt asking if I'm sure that I want to restart the level, most games do that to prevent something like this from happening. I'm really upset with this game since I lost over an hour's worth of progress. I didn't know there was a keyboard shortcut to go back to checkpoint.

Dont put a "Are you sure ?" message, unless you give us a restart whole level button :)

Thanks both of you for you feedback, we will try to consider all the points you mentionned before updating the game flow: as always, what seemed to be a simple modification to make has revealed new constraints and problems that need to be adressed ^^'...

I did the same f*cking thing... LAAAAAME...................... There should definitely be a prompt asking if you REALLY want to do this and throw away ALL your damn progress... Makes me not even want to play the damn game at all...
