Recommendation: More infos on missing tools

Hello,

I have several tasks which are red because of "tools owned but currently in use". It would be really nice if we could see on wich tool, resource or something else the task is waiting - maybe we could create another tool .. but without that information its not so simple.

Yes, this message appears when a tool is the bottleneck, so it is usually a good idea to acquire more tools to speed up production. Perhaps the message can indicate the type of tool also.
