How do I get the Chill Out Achievement?

I'm trying to get all the achievements but I'm stumped on this one, how do I question Capo's authority? What speech bubble do I need to throw at him for that good 100 per cent completion? (I've gotten all the other ones and would be happy to help any other achievement hunters who're stuck btw!)

you have to talk to P and get them to say smt bad apout the capo and tell capochin

Welp, I'm still lost lmao. Ive talked to P a bunch and tried to find the right speech bubble to throw at him but have come up short each time. o|-<

In HobbyHoo after you open the bar and talk to Patience the first time, P starts talking trash about Capo

would you be willing to help me with the reprimanded, tattletail, and questioning authority / im not your deputy achievements? they're the only ones i havent unlocked yet other than this one which u struggled with too :-0!!

- TattleTail is for telling Bauhauzzo to "GETSCRAMLOSTGONE"
- Questioning Authority is for shaking your head No at the end of the Grove Cove
