X Superbox bought from Steam

I bought X Superbox from Steam and I was wondering if I install all of it from inside Steam by downloading it, will Albion Prelude overwrite Terran Conflict? Also, where do I find/get my extra's in the Superbox like the X Encyclopaedia?

I bought the Humble Bundle Pack a while ago and the friendly support over there was nice enough to point out to me that the Bonus Content is located under Library > Tools > Superbox (or something like that).
I don't think that Albion Prelude will overwrite Terran Conflict, as Steam decided to install AP before TC on my machine. Although I am not totally sure how this will interact. AFACS they are both standalone games, or so it looks like.
