Safe Lock Glitch?

I got the colors to open the picture so I could crack the code on the safe. Then I got the code from the cheese and crackers but it wouldn't work, I even tried reverse direction and other tricks. Wasn't accepting the code. I saved and quit. When I came back, the 3 button color code didn't work. I went the the villains office and started drawing but nothing came up, did I break the game?
