Scummvm has stopped working

Need some help here. When I attempt to load this Pajama Sam game, or any of the other 6 I purchased, I get the error that Scummvm has stopped working and the game crashes. Any ideas?

Yes, all the HE Steam releases use ScummVM.

ScummVM is a mutch more reliable way of running these old Scumm Engine games on modern harware. Why rewrite the game engine from scratch when someone has already done it? ScummVM supports almost every platform under the sun, and it's open-source, making it a great way to get these old games running reliably.

Some may claim that HE is profiting off of other people's work, but they aren't charging for ScummVM. They are charging for the game, and then including ScummVM pre-setup for the game so the user doesn't have to lift a finger.
