New Help With Mouse

I'm trying to play my like favorite childhood game on a Windows 8 laptop, but my touchpad mouse seems to spazz out of control making the game impossible to play. I don't understand, I haven't had any trouble with any other games I have that I play on here. It's really disappointing... Is this just a glitch im having or what?

Several people seem to have been having issues like this. Try pressing "Alt + Enter" to switch between fullscreen and windowed mode. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend downloading a seperate copy of ScummVM from http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/ and see if you can get it working with that.

I can confirm that the second solution works, but the screen is a bit smaller than when opening it in steam, but im happy. thanks pezhead53
