What time should you go to bed?

I was told in game you should go to bed at a decent time to be able to get up early. At what time should you go to bed? And what do you miss if you are forced into bed?(Which I only assume happens)

You get forced at 10PM and oversleep the next day, so any time before that and you're good.
As to what you miss I'm not really sure, it said somewhere you miss the daily radio exercise but I overslept once and could still do it after waking up. Maybe you need to oversleep multiple times...?

I typed the wrong time. It's 10PM not AM. (I blame the lack of sleep)

not entirely sure but if you overslept you probably lose 1 or 2 hours of morning time.
like, instead of getting up at 7am as usual you get up at 8 or 9am.
but yes, you can still go to excercises.

nope, oversleeping doesn't seem to change the time of waking up either.

is there an ingame clock? Couldn't find one and my only way to check the time is looking up the last auto save.

You can buy an alarm clock at the toys shop and it'll show you the time in the menu.
